The Charlotte is the largest and most versatile model in Magnolia Square.  With three elevations to choose from, the Charlotte offers different layouts on the front porches as well as a floorplan that can be scaled in front to create additional space in the living area.The luxurious master suites include walk-in closets, double vanities, garden tubs and separate showers.

Chatham

The two story Chatham has a versatile elevation and is the only home that offers an optional wrap around veranda on the first floor.   The porches and pediment windows make this model a true southern colonial home.  With a separate great room, dining room and breakfast area, the Chatham has a spacious layout that can be furnished to create a formal or casual setting.

Fairfield II

The two story elevation of the Fairfield II with its balanced façade and turn gable roof give this home wonderful curb appeal.   This model has the most open floor plan that Magnolia Square has to offer making it ideal for those who want a truly Floridian setting.  Create magic with these wide open spaces and feel the cross breezes as they drift through the house.

Key West

What can we say? The Key West is the most luxurious model at Magnolia Square.  Inspired by the old Florida Keys, we created the Key West with the historian in mind.  A balanced two-story facade and an eight foot deep front porch will make anyone feel like they have gone back to an era that has long since been forgotten.  The gallery on the second level extends the master suite to the outdoors creating a gracious reading area. Live it, love it and own a little piece of history.
